Our policy
The practical points for website projects, payments and monthly care.
Projects
Website work is tailored to the agreed quote. A non-refundable deposit secures your place, and most projects take around 3–4 weeks once the deposit and required content are received.
Payment plans
Projects over £600 can be split into three instalments. The plan is agreed before work starts. Missed payments may pause work until the balance is received.
Monthly website care
All live websites have a monthly maintenance subscription. It covers the agreed level of secure hosting, updates, performance checks, troubleshooting and ongoing support.
Minor changes
Care includes unlimited minor content and design changes, such as text, images, contact details, pricing, services, products and existing sections. New functionality, restructures and redesigns are quoted separately.
Care payments & support
Overdue care payments may pause hosting-related services, updates and support. Priority support is reserved for active maintenance clients. Continued non-payment may end the care agreement.
Revisions, cancellations & rights
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope. Deposits and completed work are non-refundable. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Webzi may show completed projects in its portfolio and social media.
